Todd Frerichs brings approximately 40 years of construction and project management experience to FRIX Consulting. His background spans blueprint review, estimating, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, trade coordination, negotiations and project closeout.

Todd previously provided construction project management consulting through Frix Consulting in Canada. That professional experience informs the FRIX Consulting business now being developed in The Woodlands, Texas.
Today, the focus is independent owner’s representation: helping homeowners navigate construction with practical judgment and personal attention.
